The disgraced Evangelical conservative Jerry Falwell Jr. allegedly fell and injured himself while drunk inside his home, The New York Post reports.

The incident took place approximately a week after reports emerged concerning Falwell and his wife Becki having engaged in an extra-marital sexual affair with their pool boy, Giancarlo Granda — who has said Falwell was often drunk while he watched Granda and Becki have sex, and that both Falwells drank heavily when going out to nightclubs.

Apparently, Becki placed a call to 911 on Aug. 31 at approximately 2:30am, reporting there is "a lot of blood right now." When the dispatcher inquired whether the victim had been drinking, she answered "yes" but refused to respond as to the extent to which the victim was intoxicated. When pressed, Becki responded "the more I tell you the name, the more you're going to understand why we're not talking to you right now."

Dispatch logs were obtained by HuffPost through a public records request, the logs noting of the unidentified victim at the time of the phone call, "he won't let her take him to the hospital as he is stubborn. Caller was not forthcoming." Medics and emergency responders found "empty alcohol containers," blood, and several cuts on Falwell's face around his eyes and nose. Responders also noted that Falwell spoke with slow and slurred speech, repeating questions he had already been asked.

The former Liberty University president, in the past, had allegedly arrived drunk on campus on a few occasions; and he reportedly sent inappropriate photos of his wife to administrators. Liberty University is strict in forbidding alcohol use by students. Falwell has denied both sending the photos and being drunk on campus, saying staff were not forbidden from alcohol.
