There are two kinds of people in the world, reads an old joke: Size queens and liars. But a dating site is proving that adage isn't the case. Called Dinky One, it is a site dedicated to men with smaller penises and those who are attracted to them.

"Penis size is a topic that can be surrounded by a lot of shame and confusion," writes the website DatingNews.com in a report on the site. "Some partners may not even want someone with an average size penis, which, according to Healthline.com, is 3.6 inches long when flaccid. That could still be considered too large for some daters."

Talking about penis size (and sexuality in general) is largely taboo in the dating world, "but by offering a site dedicated to the more modestly endowed, Dinky One hopes to open up the discussion, especially on dating sites where a smaller penis size may impact confidence in making connections," reads the website.

"At dinkyone.com every guy has a below average penis size. This means anyone you date will be fully aware and you can avoid unnecessary pressure or anxiety."

They also are inclusive: "Our site is totally free to join and is open to males, females and transgender people of any sexuality."

The demographic for Dinky One membership breaks down to 74% men, 24% female, and 2% transgender, adds DatingNews.

Dinky One "takes the pressure off modestly endowed men by helping them find singles who desire men with smaller penises," writes its website. "By removing the stigma upfront, Dinky One allows its members to move past what is holding them back from finding love and date more authentically."

Dinky One Founder David Minns told DatingNews that the site allows people to continue dating without worrying.

"Some men are big, some average and some below average," he said. "Dinky One lets smaller men date people outside their circle of friends with the safety that everyone using the site is fully aware."

His site notes that a good percentage of the male population are eligible for membership. "A significant percentage of the world's population is on the smaller side. While some of those men may exaggerate their reality, smaller penises are relatively common."

On the site, DatingNews adds, T, one male user, explained his anxiety about dating: "When you're a smaller man, dating is very complicated. A lot of my mates found their partners from friends of friends or via work. Imagine the situation when one of these relationships fails, she's likely to mention my size to her friends and then gossip spreads! It's therefore far better to date online with strangers and even better on a dedicated site such as Dinky One as everyone knows in advance."

Joining requires an email address. Profiles include users' location, age, gender, and sexuality. Members can include up to nine pictures in their profile, along with a description of themselves and their personal interests. If privacy is a concern, users can even crop their faces out of pictures. They also have a strict no-nudity photo policy. Any photos depicting users in the nude — or those that are overly sexual — will be rejected.

They also recommend that if you are a man who is too large for the site, to use their affiliate BigOne.com. The site looks for users with above average penises (larger than 5.5" when erect). It also has the same membership requirements as Dinky One.

"After founding the worlds biggest small penis dating site I built BIG one, the dating site for lovers of larger penises," writes David Minns in promotional material about the site. "Although larger men may not struggle with penis insecurity there are people who prefer their partners to be big. Finding such a partner is difficult on other dating sites. If size matters to you then BIG one lets you focus on building the relationship knowing they meet your expectations."
