We all know that the show must go on, but now we have a glimpse into what it takes.

Drag performer Megami took to X (formerly Twitter) to shed some NSFW light on how she braved the pressures and the drama of "Drag Race" Season 16, where she made it through Episode 8 before being sent sashaying away - though she made a return, along with a number of others who had been sent home, for a lip sync competition.

It turns out that a DVD of some of pornstar Boomer Banks' work was instrumental in getting Megami through the challenges of the season's production.

"Met Boomer Banks tonight and told him how during filming s16, his DVD in my portable DVD player got me through the roughest of times," the drag artist tweeted, including a photo of the disc in question, "BoomBoxxx Volume 3, Mixtape Volume 3," resting in her DVD player.

The disc is emblazoned with an XXX-plicit shot of Banks and another model deeply involved in an intense scene together.

Out sought further comment from Megami about the post, and the drag icon said their meeting was perfectly chaste. "He just laughed and gave me a hug and said thank you," the performer said.

"I also would've preferred the story where, to thank me, he takes me to the darkroom to give me the anal option. But not yet!" Megami joked.

Megami may not have made it to the end of the season, but she proved a fan favorite. Pride magazine mused, "From her instantly iconic (and subsequently memed) variety talent show, in which she gave a deeply sincere lipsync to 4 Non Blonde's 'What's Up' while holding up a sign calling to protect queer art, to leading her girl group team to a win after being picked last, to her many moving mirror chats, Megami is a queen who snatched our hearts even if she didn't take home the crown."

Fans replied in droves to Megami's X post.

"thank god for physical media," one person declared.

"Megami, I knew you were a queen for the people... 🙏🏽" another chimed in.

"This is the queer art worth protecting mawma," someone else remarked.

"A lady of refinement I see..." another observed.

"Yeahhh," another added, "I don't know why I wasn't following you before this because of how much I loved you on your season, but this definitely forced my hand to make sure to follow now. I knew you were my favorite 😭"

Boomer Banks also weighed in with a comment to Out, saying that the drag artist has "Good taste," declaring her "The true s16 winner."
